Bruce D. Gregory, B.A., LL.B
The firm’s founding member, Bruce Gregory has engaged in the general practice of law continuously since his call to the bar. Bruce graduated from the University of Winnipeg with a Bachelor of Arts degree (majoring in economics) and from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Laws degree.
Throughout his career as a lawyer, Bruce has represented clients from the Morris area and throughout Southern Manitoba. Bruce brings a professional and business-like attitude to every client relationship, which coupled with his experience and approachability makes dealing with Bruce a satisfying and valuable experience for his clients.
AREAS OF PRACTICE
Bruce practices mainly in the areas of agriculture law, corporate and commercial law, including incorporations and acquisitions, estate planning and estate administration, residential real estate and wills.
PROFESSIONAL INVOLVEMENT
Bruce has been an active member in the Morris community for many years. He has served on various boards and committees of community organization, including the Morris Chamber of Commerce, the Morris Community Development Corporation and as a Director of Fairview Place Inc. Bruce has been a seminar leader for continuing legal education seminars at the Law Society of Manitoba and has been an invited speaker for various private and public organizations on law related topics. Bruce is also a member of the Manitoba Bar Association.
PERSONAL INTERESTS
Bruce and his wife Pat have been married for over thirty years and they have a daughter. Bruce enjoys running and has completed the six major world-wide marathons including Boston, New York, London, Chicago, Berlin, and Tokyo. Bruce enjoys outdoor activities, especially kayaking, cycling, and fishing. In the winter, Bruce enjoys cross country and downhill skiing and curls with the Morris Curling Club.
Justin R. Voris, B.A. (Adv.), JD
Justin was born and raised in La Riviere, MB and left his hometown to attend university. He went on to Graduate with a Bachelor of Arts – Advanced degree from the University of Manitoba in 2012 with a major in Classical Studies and a minor in Religion. He then graduated with his Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba in 2015. Justin was also a volunteer fire fighter on the La Riviere Fire Department for many years and obtained his Fire Fighting Level 1. Justin has been a member of the Bruce Gregory Law family since January 2016 and was called to the Bar in March 2017.

Justin practices mainly in the areas of residential real estate, estate planning and estate administration, wills, and corporate and commercial law.
PROFESSIONAL INVOLVEMENT
Justin is a member of Morris Chamber of Commerce executive as Special Events Co-ordinator. Justin is also a member of the Manitoba Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association.
PERSONAL INTERESTS
Justin is an avid reader, plays team sports like baseball and curling, and enjoys attempting to play music in his off time. He also enjoys camping and canoeing, weather permitting.

Avery Giesbrecht
Since starting at the firm in 2012 as a receptionist, Avery now acts as a legal assistant to both Mr. Gregory & Mr. Voris working mainly with Wills, Estates, and Subdivisions. Avery also takes care of many of the day to day administrative duties and the accounting.
Melissa Simard
Melissa joined the team in 2010 as a receptionist. Over the years Melissa has worked in a variety of areas in the office. Melissa now works as a legal assistant to Mr. Gregory and Mr. Voris working mainly on Corporate matters.
Virginia Janzen
Virginia began working at Bruce Gregory Law Office as a summer student in 2006. Over the years she has worked in a variety of roles. Currently, she works on agricultural real estate transactions.
Jessica Shearer
Jessica joined the office in 2019 as a receptionist, and continues to handle the daily operations of the front desk.
Lisa Brunet
Lisa-Marie worked as a legal assistant at Bruce Gregory Law Office in 2008 to 2010, working on real estate files and corporate matters. Since re-joining the team in 2019, she now works mainly on agricultural real estate transactions.
